Turnaround time is 2-3 days, by 22:00 (Eg. Monday pickup, Wednesday/Thursday delivery). Whether it is 2 or 3 days depends on your location (please send us a Google Maps link of your location on LINE if you’d like to check)
For member pricing, all you have to do is send your clothes in using our wash & fold bags (you will receive the bag(s) after your first order).
