Why choose Laundry Town?
We’ll make getting your laundry done a non-issue, the way it should be. And we can help you avoid exorbitant hotel laundry prices.

When/how do I pay?
Every location accepts Paypal, any credit/debit card, and various other payment methods. Please check the bottom of the order form of the city you are interested in.

When will my clothes be returned?

Typically next day, in the evening, although not all branches are the same. Make sure to check the city page for respective turnaround times.

Where are you service areas?
Our service areas are pretty wide and encompass major CBD/expat districts. Each city page has a map. Please refer to the map for your city.

Can I have laundry picked up or delivered when I am not available?
Yes. Simply leave your clothes with the concierge, receptionist, maid, flatmate, guard, etc. and we will pick up/drop off with them.

How can I reschedule/cancel?
Just get in touch with us at least 4 hours in advance.

Laundry Questions

Average orders weigh around 5Kg which is a couple weeks worth of dirty laundry. A standard size grocery bag full of clothes is about 2-3Kg.

Will my clothes be mixed with other customers’ clothes?
No, never. Your clothes are always washed and dried separately.

Do you accept special requests?
We do our best to accomodate all requests. Just leave a note in the notes section. If something needs individual attention, please submit it as dry cleaning.

Can you hang dry items?
Yes, but not in every city. Please check the options section of the order form for the city you are interested in.

What type of laundry products do you use?
We use high quality products like Tide, Comfort, and Downy. If you’ve ever had your clothes washed at a local place, when you get your clothes back from us, you’ll know the difference.

What if something is missing or damaged?
Please let us know if there are any problems with your order within 24 hours of receiving your clothes. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.

Can you wash my bedding as normal laundry charged by the kilo?
Typically no, but there are some exceptions. In Bangkok and Taipei, it’s fine. In Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur, there is a dedicated service for washing bedding by the kilo. Make sure to check your city page for the most up to date information.

For turnaround time, how are days counted?
For simplicity, 1 day ago would be yesterday. 2 days ago would be the day before yesterday.
Conversely, in 1 day would be tomorrow. And in 2 days would be the day after tomorrow.
